Just an overnight stay. It´s was pretty good. The hotel is great. I disliked the fact that they didn´t have valet parking and the soap/shampoo those where you press them, already fixed to the wall;

Falta total de simpatia na recepção. Roupa de cama manchada. Quartos não foram bem limpos, lixo e controle do ar condicionado embaixo da cama. Colocamos a placa não perturbe e mesmo assim entraram no quarto. Sem falar que tem poucas vagas de estacionamento.

Minha experiência no Hotel Slaviero Chapecó ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Logo na chegada, fui surpreendida pela falta de estacionamento disponível. Meu carro precisou ficar estacionado na rua, e essa informação não foi comunicada previamente, o que gerou bastante transtorno. Durante a hospedagem, também percebi falhas na organização e na limpeza. O quarto não era higienizado diariamente, e somente depois descobri que era necessário solicitar o serviço. Em nenhum momento fui informada sobre esse procedimento e também não havia qualquer aviso ou placa no quarto orientando os hóspedes. Outro ponto bastante negativo foi o atendimento da equipe. Tanto os colaboradores da recepção quanto da limpeza demonstraram pouca cordialidade e acolhimento, passando a sensação de despreparo. Em uma situação simples, ao perguntar onde ficava a escada de emergência, nenhum funcionário soube me orientar, o que considero preocupante do ponto de vista da segurança. Infelizmente, a experiência foi marcada por falhas de comunicação, falta de organização e um atendimento pouco acolhedor. Espero que o hotel reveja esses processos, invista no treinamento da equipe e melhore a comunicação com os hóspedes para proporcionar uma experiência compatível com a expectativa de quem escolhe a rede Slaviero.

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é incrível, as instalações são modernas e completas. Pontos a melhorar: tinha limo no box do banheiro, duas vezes estava faltando algumas toalhas e precisava descer na recepção pra buscar, quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas.

O hotel é muito bonito, limpo e organizado. O quarto faz jus as fotos mostradas. O café da manhã é excelente. Na chegada ao quarto fomos recebidos com uma atenciosa carta escrita a mão e chocolates de brinde, realmente nos sentimos acolhidos.
