Fantastic weekend in a wonderful place

This place did not disappoint. The view was gorgeous and beautiful on the inside. Quiet cove and easy access to big water. The house was stocked with all we needed and very clean. This was the perfect place for a very relaxing weekend. The host was always available and answered all our questions. Looking forward to staying again soon. Thanks to the Champ family for a great weekend!!!

Fantastic Lake Getaway!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Boujee Shack very much! It feels much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside! The owners have done a perfect job of furnishing the house! It is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean! Wonderful outdoor areas for the family to enjoy every minute ate the lake. We parked our boat at the dock and spent a lot of time fishing, skiing, and swimming off the dock. We had a fire in the Firepit next to the lake, it was like a fairytale. I hope we can come back again next summer!

Lake Life Gem

The Boujee Shack has it all! Our family stayed over Easter weekend and it was the perfect accomodation. Beautiful lake views, fire pit, grills, spacious yard, and stunning sunrises and sunsets from the backyard and dock. We had fun fishing, playing in the yard, grilling out, and relaxing in this beautifully decorated home. Our kids loved relaxing in the hammocks and fun sleep space downstairs. The mattresses were very comfortable and everything was very well organized and clean. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for helping us make lasting family memories in an amazing space.

The rooms were clean and the beds was very comfortable. The space was great for me and my college Friends. We were here for our Homecoming 45 years later and everyone on them was please. We will stay again if available next year.

Boujee Shack Bungalow

Everything was absolutely perfect, and the description of all the amenities is spot on. It was exactly what we were looking for, with place to dock a boat, kayaks for the whole family and the perfect location.

This was one of my favorite rentals. The home is very beautiful and spacious for a group. It’s very convenient with the downstairs and bathroom. We had a blast.

Loved the house and yard. Great owners who were easy to contact. Spacious and very updated. Loved the heated floors! Kid friendly! We had a 2 year old, 1 year old, and 5 month old and it worked out well.

So peaceful!

We spent a wonderful week on the lake for Thanksgiving and the SC vs Clemson game. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The views are so beautiful to wake up to and the house is decorated with high end touches. Highly recommend!

Great house and perfect location

this little house packs a lot of nice amenities inside, from the large kitchen, nicely redone bathrooms, and open concept with a beautiful covered porch. And then there's the big backyard that leads out to the wonderful view of lake murray which you can enjoy on the floating dock. Neighborhood is very charming and quiet and owners were super responsive to any questions we had.. Will definitely be coming back.

Great stay on Lake Murray

The property was a lovely retreat while visiting for USC parent weekend. (It’s about a 35 minute ride from campus especially with all the highway construction.). Property has beautifully renovated and offered lots of comfy space in between events in Columbia. My only wish would be to have the entire yard fenced. All around great stay!

Excellent choice on the lake!

The Boujee Shack was just as adorable as pictured in the photos. We also booked the tavern for extra family guests. having the extra sleeping space and bathroom as well as the “party place” was perfect. We enjoyed much time fishing off the dock and using the kayaks and SUPs. It was a beautiful setting. The house had everything we needed for a perfect week!

Fabulous Family Getaway !

The Boujee Shack was the perfect place to relax with our grown children and littles. What an adorable lake house! The white shiplap, furniture, heated floors, unreal kitchen, stunning views from decks/dock, fire pit, floating pad, paddle boards, kayak, lounge chairs, hammock chairs, and overall vibe made for the relaxing weekend we all needed! Beautiful home on a beautiful lake

We stayed here for thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for kids to run and play in the yard, board games to entertain them inside. Beds were comfortable. View of the lake was beautiful. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors were also very friendly when we went for a walk. Not too far from downtown Columbia, about 30 mins away. There’s also a Publix about 5 mins away.

Makin’ Memories

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bougee Shack. Our family of 6 arrived at different times throughout the week but the accomodations were perfect for our 4 adult children. We have spent a lot of time in Columbia/Irmo in recent years but staying in Bougee Shack gave us a better vacation experience than staying with family on this visit. Michell and Eric very responsive and extremely helpful with all questions during our stay. Would definitely stay again if our schedules allow. We hope to own our own little piece of Lake Murray in the near future and Bougee Shack sets the bar high! Great job on Reno........pretty remarkable! Thank you for sharing your home with our family, we had a great week.
