"Clean room "

"Location was amazing. Problem was no amenities. Food was underwhelming and at a cost. Did not correct issues related to our reservation initially, but did figure out how to remedy it at the last minute."

I would never choose a room with outside access. They would not change my room either. Room has some issues: a hair on the inside of the shower curtain! Cleaning staff needs to clean the whole room! Generally dingy. "

"Never saw one staff member. Computer check in, the smell of the hotel is weird, no maid service, no coffee or amenities. Never ever stay there! "
