Quaint, quiet lake house

My friend group loved the house. We utilized the grill and loved the dock and back deck.

Family trip

The property was clean and presented well. Communication was great on check in. The main level sectional seating could use an upgrade. Everything else was easy and excellent.

Best lake vacation ever

The property met all our expectations. We hope to come back again. Very quiet cove and beautiful view of lake. The managers of the property were very helpful. Kitchen had everything you could want,even down to spices. I highly recommend this property

Fantastic Getaway

We stayed two weeks and had the best family vacation ever! The house and setting was ideal. The ability to rent directly the pontoon boat was a huge plus. The hosts were the best we ever experienced in Vrbo having rented numerous times both in the US and Internationally. The house was well equipped and did not need for anything - thanks for a great vacation and we will be back!

Awesome Stay and relaxing !

Was there for a getaway with my sisters and all my female cousins and we had a fantastic time. Description of amenities on VRBO site was spot on. Great kitchen, fireplace, fire pits, porch and deck, we took advantage of it all and enjoyed it very much. Sleeping arrangements worked great for our large group. Will be back !!! Great place for family get together yet plenty of space for privacy and relaxing !!

Exactly what we wanted

The listing is very accurate and this house is amazing. The location is perfect, the area is nice and peaceful (aside from a few loud neighbors), and our time on the lake is relaxing. We brought our extended family and the hosts were very responsive to any issues or questions we had. We highly recommend it if you are looking to have a nice home on the lake!

The property has lots of potential but needs a substantial renovation. We enjoyed the location and the dock but struggled with ants entering all our vehicles and covering the back deck and grill.

Relaxing New Year's Eve

Nice property, lots of space, great kitchen, and comfortable home. Not much lake visible. Administrative fees (cleaning fee, required property damage insurance fee, bath linens fee, administrative fee, service fee, etc.) were excessive compared to any other VRBO rental that I have stayed at.

Great home on the lake

Loved the home for a few families to enjoy the lake! The outdoors was amazing with a floating dock, screened in porch and outdoor porch. Plenty of room for a fun group to enjoy the lake. They had a lot of water toys for us to use. The house had plenty of space for hanging out and for sleeping. The kitchen supplies were very good. The hosts got back to us asap when needed! The cleaning crew however missed a few areas - coffee pot still had old coffee in it and floors were on the dirty side. Outdoor chairs and tables needed a good wipe down but that is understandable being outdoors. Overall a great place and would return!

Graduation weekend at USC

We absolutely loved this place !! It worked out great for our graduation weekend. We had three sets of family members there and a few older kids . The loft worked out great for the kids and the bedrooms worked out for the adults . The only thing i would say to those renting is you have to supply almost everything (food wise ) spices were there but we needed to buy all condiments . We err hoping some were left . Not a huge deal . Just wish we had more time there .

Relax/enjoy nature

We thought the property was beautiful a little outdated. The beds were not comfortable and the couch sunk to the floor, but we spent most of our days out in the screen room and on the porch at the fire pit on the water. Wish we had a pontoon boat, but they wouldn’t rent to us for just one day. They said it’s a three day minimum so be aware of that Neighborhood except Neighbor is always out pressure washing and working in his yard. He said it’s what he does. The lake is beautiful. We will be returning to the lake because we want to rent a pontoon but if you have a big family or bunch of friends this place is for you

Serenity! I needed you, and I got you

The house is as described; lots of room, a well stocked kitchen, and things to do. We really enjoyed kayaking and my daughter paddle boarded while she was here for the first few days. Our relatives who have FOUR adopted kids were able to drive down for two different days. My 9 year old grandson had a blast with the 2 girls. We built a fire two different nights inn the fire pit and greatly enjoyed being outside in the cool weather with the warm crackling fire. The kids loved gathering kindling to keep it going. Mainly, though, it was the serenity of gazing at beautiful Lake MurrayThere was WiFi but we were rarely gazing at our phones. Instead, we did things the old fashioned way-great conversation as well as competitive games on their ping pong table. Well worth taking this VRBO trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was super convenient to be able to put the boat in at the end of the driveway. We had poor weather while we were there so my husband says we will have to go back! I am in total agreement!

Everything you need for family fun

We had a great time there. They had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the lake such as paddle boards, kayaks. We didn’t need to go anywhere. The power did go out due to weather but they were quick with turning it back on. Our family had a great time.

Easter weekend

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather did not cooperate. This is the perfect location for bringing the whole family together and giving our student at USC a break. We look forward to hopefully staying here again for graduation next year, and hopefully some better weather to enjoy this perfect location. Thank you!!!

My siblings and their spouses and I (all retired) came to the area to celebrate my mothers 92 birthday! It was perfect for us! I can only imagine what a great place this would be in spring and summer and fall! Great Lake view!

Southern Beauty

We all loved this place in a quiet cove, adjacent to our future home. All of the water crafts were great, the more the better! Very clean grill, firepit to us was very special for night time gathering. The beds were so comfortable!!! Letting us have our pets was a major choice due to the fact that they are family!!! We fished every single night and had beautiful sunsets. We absolutely loved the screened in porch with the two different set up of seating. The pricing of the house is just right!
