"The location is perfect. The staff were friendly for the most part. The room was beautiful & very spacious. I love that the bathroom had a detached tub—perfect when you’re walking all day. I had two very minimal issues which were the valet parking & how the staff handled a specific situation. Valet parking is $60 a night which was clearly communicated to me. The valet staff are super friendly & very efficient. However, my partner & I noticed the amount of secure parking garages in the area for a third of the price. We were told there we wouldn’t be able to find any other parking in the area. I’m Canadian so $60/night is actually $85 for me. plus all the taxes and fees. The total came up to $300 USD in parking for 3 nights. That’s $420 CAD… (more than the actual hotel cost). My second issue arose on the first night. We had a connecting room where a group of young guys were staying next door. They were smoking cannabis in the room. The smell was VERY strong in our room. We told front desk & he said he’ll talk to them. He didn’t seem bothered whatsoever. He went up to their room & literally just said “no smoking.” It was a 5 second interaction. I wasn’t too pleased with the lack of a solution. I got sick that night as it affected my partner & I quite intensely. With that being said, I actually would stay here again. Other than one staff member, everyone else was super nice. The room was nice & location was good."

"We chose moxy because it was such a unique concept, it had real chill vibes. The fact we had to check in at the bar was definitely a great experience. I remember reading the instructions and thinking “wait what?.” I stayed for 3 nights with my partner. Location was great as it was walking distance from a lot things which was a deal breaker for us. What made the stay even greater is the generosity of the staff in proving me a nice supply of ice so that I have ice water AT ALL TIMES. Plus it was bougie looking ice. Thank you for making our stay memorable!"
