「Very disappointing experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we found cockroaches on the bed while sleeping, along with other bugs on the walls.」

「Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville.」

「v nice host, place and area. my girl nor I wanted to leave」

「Perfect」

「Home away from home. They thought of everything! Will definitely stay again.」

「my husband fell on a huge water puddle located at the top of their stairs and he slipped down the steps injuring his back. I have not been refunded. We also noticed a woman smoking in her doorway next to ours and suspicious guests watching us as we entered our room. I voiced my concerns to the staff as we had our infant with us and this was not a family friendly hotel. We checked out immediately」

「Area was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was terrible which is one reason we stay at quility inns the worst we've ever had.」

「You get what you pay for」

「The rooms were clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient with a good variety each day, but the real superstar at this location is the staff. All of them. Kudos to the manager who is hiring and training them! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us.」

「Very clean property. Not fancy but good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Only reason not 5 stars is the property could use a few updates, but really a solid place for a short stay.」

「The checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. The breakfast was wonderful. Miss Heather was so sweet and my family and I loved her. This was the first time staying here. Will definitely be staying here again.」

「Check in staff was great!」
