It was very clean and right across the street from a little park/govt building with free parking. Close to convenience stores and very cozy and well decorated. Very easy to check in.

Charming Spot

Great location! The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and perfect temperature. Basic amenities provided. Amanda was great and responded quickly when I had a question. Great location on Main Street, within walking distance to eateries. The coffee shop below the room wasn’t open while we stayed. Very clean!

Adorable spot above a coffee shop in a quaint little Tennessee town. This apt. has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay whether for a weekend or a week. The bed is sooo comfortable!! The host is very accessible & accommodating to your every need. We can't wait to return. Thank you so much!!🌹

Wonderful relaxing stay

We booked this lovely studio apartment to have a landing spot while visiting our Nashville-area college student. We absolutely loved it!! It is very well-appointed and super comfortable. The Mercantile is in the quaint downtown area, right above a coffee shop (wonderful vibe) with several conveniences nearby (Walmart, local grocery store, and several restaurant options). We tried Mi Rancho Mexican across the street, it was reasonably priced and delicious. Overarchingly, Amanda is a great host- readily available if anything is needed, but non-intrusive. Actually, the studio apt was so cozy, our college student aimed to hang out with us at the apt as much as her schedule allowed: win-win! It was an easy 25-30 min drive to Nashville; we will definitely stay again when in town. Thanks, Amanda, for sharing this wonderful studio apt, we will be back!

Great vibe!

The moment we walked in we loved the vibe of this place. The high ceilings and hardwood floors gave it charm. It's in a quaint little town. It was the perfect place for us in between our music outings in Nashville.

Nashville Weekend Trip

The studio apartment was in an easy to get to area outside of Nashville. It was a clean property with everything you could need for a stay away from home. The owner was very quick to respond and was attentive. The cost of our weekends rent was an amazing price for the quality of the property that we were given. We would highly encourage anybody to stay in this cute little area if they are wanting a weekend in Nashville without all the traffic and noise.

Quaint and Clean

The quick stay was very nice and comfortable. The wooden floors squeak a lot, but it is supposed to, it adds to the experience. Very clean and the curvy drive in was nice. We would stay there again.

Cute and quiet

Adorable little studio. I think it's time for a new mattress though, we actually left a day early because my husband couldn't handle sleeping on it again. The door lock thru the phone app did not want to work on the outside door it kept giving a jammed error. I was always worried we would come in late and not be able to get in. While they seem convenient if they don't work with someone's phone could be a real issue.
