We hebben dat op een bijzondere manier mogen ervaren. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en veel extra hulp toen mijn vrouw ziek werd. Nog zeer veel dank daarvoor! We hopen nog eens terug te komen naar Arequipa. We zullen dan zeker weer een kamer boeken bij El Balcon."

"The hotel had a bed and was safe and within walking distance to the historic center. The staff were helpful and able to answer questions. Showers were cold, though, and the room would get very cold at night, as well. Overall you get what you pay for here."
