"We absolutely loved the pool, and the food was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond. The only problem was, across from our room, a man went into the hallway screaming...like screaming for help nonstop... looked like he was a resident. had a dog in the hallway roaming around. I called the front desk, and they came, but as a single grandmother with 3 children, it was quite disturbing. The oldest was scared and had a very hard time falling asleep. had to put the ironing board in front of the door so he felt safe. Took forever for the hot water to come, had to run for a good 3-5 minutes. I understand it's an old building, and you guys are doing great with the renovations. Thank your staff for us..."

"The house was great except the towels in the bathroom and no big trash can in kitchen. Only one sharp knife in the kitchen. The faucet in the bathroom sink is loose. No toaster and very little pots and pans. So if you are looking to cook at the house you will need to bring your own. Great location and area. No problems at all. "
