"We truly enjoyed staying here. Close to downtown, close to the mountains. The house is stocked with everything you would need. The property is well maintained and had plenty of space for our family.If I had any complaints, it would be that the road to the property is not plowed in a timely manner - we had two days of snow and the road to the condo was never plowed. This isn’t a complaint of the property owner but the condo association - they need to do better. It’s quite hilly and hard to maneuver when there is 2-4” on the ground. Overall would recommend this property and their owners! "

"This place was everthing we imagined. The hot tub was a perfect ending to each day. Hopefully we can come back in the summer, would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was very clean and so nicely decorated. It was truly very cozy! The kitchen was fine, but they don't have a large frying pan if you're cooking for a crowd. The hot tub and pizza oven were great. But we didn't realize we needed a waiver for the pizza oven. The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect for us to get to the White Ski Areas as well as Sunday River in Maine. Downtown North Conway has some cute shops and restaurants. Overall, I'd recommend! "

"I and a likeminded group have been coming to the White Mountains to mountaineer, ice climb, and ski for about 25 years. We have stayed in many different homes that were all very nice. Then we rented the Mountainside Home in North Conway...WOW!!! This place has been the very BEST! The house was clean, large enough to have space, and yet designed to come together. No matter what room you are upstairs provides a view of the mountains with Mount Washington in the background. After a hard day playing in the mountains, sitting in the hot tub located outside and looking at Mount Washington is such a treat. The house amenities was plentiful providing all you need to relax and cook for a large group. You could spend your entire vacation in the house without going anywhere and be fully satisfied or spend the entire day in the mountains only to enjoy the property in the evening. The owner was great. Communicated what was needed without invading your vacation time. He also went above and beyond with his customer service. Will I rent this again, ABSOLUTLY!"

"Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic. Property management very communicative, but did not correct the two issues (heat, animals), they did offer to relocate us to a different property after 6 days."
