Only negative is the open concept allowed sound to travel to every nook in the house. If someone was awake early/late on the main floor, every step and word would echo throughout ”

“The house is beautiful and has all the appliances you could ever use. It had coffee and filters stocked in the pantry. Sheets and towels were high quality. There is a 50 charge to use the hot tub which was not stated in the description. The road coming into the property is very steep and luckily my SUV had 4 wheel drive for easy access.”

“We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. Our group had kids and adults of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. The brewery next door is an added bonus, and we didn’t have any issues with noise or crowds. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. ”

“The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.”

“Location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was lovely. The host was responsive and the check in/out couldn’t be easier. Two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are accessed by passing through another bedroom which is a little awkward depending on who you are staying with. ”

“This property was perfect for our girl's gathering. Aside from the occasional voices coming from walkers on the bike trail (not bothersome at all) it was very quiet and serene. There was plenty of space to spread out even though we congregated mostly upstairs near the kitchen. We really enjoyed the space outside under the car port. Close access to Downtown Leesburg and Purcellville. Kitchen was stocked enough for our needs, as well as items for the bathrooms. Zero issues with the property which……

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with”
