「Good ~」

「This is the place to stay if you have any events going on at UD arena. Walkable to the venue. Short drive to great places to eat like Table 33, jimme 11, ghost ight coffee and old scratch pizza. That is not to say the hotel eatery is anything to ignore. Breakfast was fairly prices to other options and had an amazing cook on hand at the omelette bar. Our room was just right. Staff was very courteous to us at all times. 」

「I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

「Great location for visiting USAF Museum and other Dayton landmarks. Disappointed the gym closure for renovation and pool policy- no swimming alone. Several good restaurants nearby including Mr. Shawarma Mediterranean cuisine.」

「This was an extremely nice facility. The staff was 5 star professional. The little extra touches like lavender sachets, face spray and siesta books are creative. The Foundry food was high quality as well. We seemed very conviently located to everything we needed. 」

「We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse. They set the room rate very high, but that is to be expecded. The hotel listed the pool an excersize area CLOSED for renovation, so we left swimsuits home. Poor communication and lazy web updating by this hotel. Also suprised by the PAY EXTRA for breakfast. Many similar hotels have complimentary breakfast. Overall experience was okay but less than great due to hotels out-of-date warning about pool closure and a profiteering with room rates and paid...

Only complaint was guest(s) near our room would smoke marijuana every afternoon and cigarettes in the mornings and our room would reek when we came back in evenings or get up in the morning. 」
