“Room 323 smelled really bad. Don't know if something was in the a/c unit or what but it needs investigated. Smelled like urine. Overall, room was pretty clean.”

“The room was horrible. Dirty toilet and broken toilet seat. Black mold in shower. Stained and decrepit couch.stained bed sheets. Half the lights in the room were inoperable. Bad smell.”

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

“This was a surprisingly nice place to stay! There was construction but we had been aware beforehand, and none of the areas we utilized (breakfast area, our room, the workout facility, etc.) were impacted and we heard ZERO work noise from our room. We were just passing through here driving back from South Carolina where we stayed at another Hilton hotel, but this was by far the best sleep we all had all week. The room was also spacious (we’re a family of 6 and we didn’t feel cramped, which……

“Room Review (Springfield Stay) Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. I also sprayed Wizard air freshener upon entry to improve the smell. Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree nearby, so I was able to pick up some basic essentials to make the stay more manageable. At check-in, I noticed the front door light was not working, although the other lights in the room functioned properly. The in-room telephone also did not work, which made it impossible to contact the front desk……
