Great stay at Coastal Calm

The house looked just as it did in the pictures. We checked in after dark so we were pleasantly surprised when we woke up in the morning to see the golf course. Beautiful view and the beach was just a short walk away

Wonderful Week on Kiawah Island

We enjoyed watching golfers pass by on the comfortable back porch. Only a five minute and an easy walk to the beach with boardwalk access. The West Beach location is convenient to the front gate and saves time driving off the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at this villa again!

We rented beach equipment and it was waiting for us upon arrival. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and a few of us went alligator hunting. We found two alligators in the pond! Great family vacation!

Beach Retreat

Great location near beach. Unit has one of the best kitchens and dining rooms we have seen. Good bedrooms. A bit funky mattress toppers but ok overall. Livingroom comfortable for several people. Faces golf course and bike path so privacy not very serene (like places with lagoon views) but this really isn’t a big issue. Was quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Comfortable home for a family thanksgiving. Everything was clean and in great condition. A couple of things need to be replaced.... The hand mixer gears are stripped, there was No Potato masher or vegetable peeler and only a limited set of dry measuring cups. Didn’t find this out until thanksgiving day, but we were able to make adjustments. PLEASE NOTE that I didn’t think this was significant enough to bother rental management. We were able to work around. The home was stocked with ample toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. And several spices in the cabinet. Very much appreciated. There is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Would definitely stay at this home again.

There is a paved walking trail beside the rental that made it convenient for biking and walking to the beach. Part of the fun for us when we vacation is exploring new rentals so we never stay in the same place twice. When we return to Kiawah I will be looking to stay at this property again for sure-we loved it! Thank you

We have been coming to Kiawah for a couple years but Dunlin Ct was the perfect location. Proximity to the beach but also the front gate was great for a family that likes to venture to different places to eat, shop and do activities.

Communication was great. Location was awesome- closest and easiest walk to the beach ever! Very quiet street. Parking was always so close- with shade! Property was spotless- and I’m usually the guest who has to clean on arrival. It this time! Nothing needed cleaning and it added to my trip enjoyment being so relaxed on arrival. Our garage disposal didn’t function on day 3 and Paul was there very quickly and had it fixed in minutes. He was kind and helpful and respectful. Thanks for a great week! We had two adults and three teenagers and the space was perfect. Kitchen could use some new cooking pans and skillets- but otherwise- it was flawless. Price was also very reasonable for quality of property. Thank you!
