“For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians.……

“This is truly a unique property. Emma is the most gregarious, gracious and caring host. Her exceptional art skills are evident in every touch she made to the loft rental. I do need to share that we were surprised that the rental was three flights. up to a fourth floor ‘garret’ style apartment. Happily, Emma and her assistant did carry some of our luggage up for us.
