Really enjoyed the quiet location in the charming community of Norwood, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy congested tourist season in Charlevoix. Conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do, including the beautiful, quiet Norwood Township beach just a short walk away.

The photo is misleading in that there is foliage everywhere and cannot see any view; the stair rail is very dangerous, it is extremely wobbly; it is very difficult to close the bathroom window, if you don’t bugs fly in; generally, the cottage was clean, but we did run our hands over a few surfaces and came up with dust in our hands; no matter the route taken, it took us 20 minutes to get to Charlevoix; there was a medium sized towel, folded up and set on the stool left in the hallway upstairs, it was muddy.

Best Cottage Close to SO Much

Wonderful unique and custom cottage that our fam of four loved. This area has so much to offer yet we were still drawn back to the comfort of the cottage. Photos don’t do it justice, plenty of space, close to Antrim Creek Natural Area, breweries, Charlevoix, preserves, beaches, and a five minute walk to Lake MI. Host was wonderful, loved it all.

Completely charming

This was our home base during a nearby family reunion, and the perfect place to rest and recharge. Everything was so comfortable and well-appointed. Quiet, deeply relaxing, and surrounds that were curated and thoughtful. We felt genuinely lucky to have found it- definitely one of those places you don't come across often. Thank you!

Location is good but hostess is even better

The location was great. Easy to get from place to place in either direction on 31. What really made the place was the hostess. Dee is very sweet and goes above and beyond on making you feel welcome and ensuring you have what you need. The apple cider and sweet wine up the road at Biers is amazing and the fresh pizza is pretty good as well.
