Enjoy this Newly Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk in shower with a removable shower head and hand rails. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa!
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen with a full size fridge, full size range, dishwasher, a microwave, a dining table with additional seating at the island, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room.
And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

It has a beautiful, updated bathroom as well as a kitchen. You couldn't ask for a better location! There are beautiful views of the waster right from the balcony and is in walking distance of many restaurants and shops in the heart of Charlevoix.

We enjoyed walking to and thru downtown and loved sitting at the Vue Wine Bar watching the ships come in and out from / to Lake Michigan. Can't wait to go back!

Front desk representative was welcoming and very helpful. The room we selected was clean, updated and had great views of Round Lake, the channel and some of Charlevoix.On-going construction was clearly communicated and did not disrupt our weekend stay aside from not having access to the balcony. Would definitely return!

Bathroom was great, bed was super comfortable. The condo could use a box fan to help with noise at night. Need a better wine opener, Another blanket, Kitchen table was super short and chairs on those wheels alittle dangerous. But an amazing stay and would stay there again.
