Everything was great, and I had absolutely no issues! I used the valet service, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of the venue. The customer service was excellent, and let me tell you, the water pressure was AMAZING! OMG! You don’t often find water pressure and flow that strong and fast! The bed was very comfortable, and I loved that the bar stayed open late. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Close to the stadium which is why we chose this location. Only a 5 minute walk. Check in was easy and they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but served it's purpose and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that we could have a cocktail at the bar before heading up to our room.

It’s Charlotte so any stay is going to be busy and hectic but it’s right outside of the Spectrum Center which is why we booked here. The bed was a true king size and comfortable. The room was extremely small but intimate. I stayed for one night and that was enough. We had to valet the car for a fee. The staff were lovely. I did have an issue with someone charging drinks to my room and extra fees being added but they were able to have that resolved and refunded. For the most part it was a peaceful stay.
