The entire hotel reeked of weed and cigarette smoke the moment I walked in. When I entered my room, I was disgusted. It smelled filthy and neglected like it hadn’t been cleaned or cared for in ages. There were bedbugs, the air conditioning was horribly dirty, and the room was so dirty it immediately triggered my allergies. It was genuinely disturbing. When I brought these issues to the manager, instead of showing any concern, he was rude and dismissive, which only made the situation even more infuriating. To make matters worse, despite already paying through Expedia, the staff insisted I had to pay again because the card on file “didn’t match.” At 10:30 PM, exhausted and frustrated, I had to pull up my bank account on the spot just to prove I had already paid. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out the next morning at 10:30 AM because I physically could not stay there any longer. I was worried for my health and had to move to a nearby hotel just to feel safe. This was, without question, one of the worst, most infuriating hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Stay away. Smells like marijuana in the lobby. The desk is behind a reinforced gate, I assume to avoid theft. Cash deposit required. Needless to say, we did not bother checking in. The night attendant even agreed that it was not a great place.

Staff was nice. The charge to change out towels and basic toiletries is frown upon. The room walls are very thin to where I could hear the people next door conversations and then scolding their pets. Owners..update your hotel ASAP!!!

This hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures online. It was old and outdated. Upon entering the hotel, it felt dirty and had an old, musty smell to it. The room, itself, was in need of some desperate updating as well as the appliances. And although I was only there for one night, I honestly can't see how anyone could stay there for any extended period of time. The bathroom felt dirty as the sink, toilet and tub all needed to be replaced. Also, I did see a roach crawling on the wall, the very next morning I was packing to leave. The TV had a weird film on it, which made watching anything on it difficult, because it had a strange glare to it. The bed itself was ok, but honestly, I slept on top of the sheets with just a blanket because the whole room just felt so unclean, and I did not feel comfortable getting under the sheets. The walls are paper thin and I heard everything my neighbors were saying and doing. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 1 out of 10, with the 1 rating only because the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind. She actually was the only one there and had to check in people, and also clean rooms. I will not be staying in this hotel anymore and considering all the other hotel options in the area, I truly hope the owners make the right choice to update this hotel and not continue to think that having your guests, whether they be long term or short-term stays, endure a dirty, outdated and depressing hotel is acceptable.
