Step into our revamped 2-bed, 1.5-bath condo, your gateway to Charlotte's vibrant scene! Unwind in our serene, fully furnished space ideal for up to 4 guests. Nestled in an HOA community amidst tranquil, old-growth trees, experience peace and accessibility like never before!
The space
This two story condo features a kitchen with a fabulous counter/eating area. An fenced in patio in the back, and a dedicated desk for your productivity. Enjoy the stylish contrast of sleek painted concrete flooring on the first level and plush, cozy carpeting on the second. A ceiling fan in the main bedroom keeps you cool, with an extra fan available for personalized comfort.

One minute away from Highway 74 (Independence Blvd) and Monroe Rd, quick access to numerous attractions. Walk to the Bojangles Coliseum and the Park Expo Center. 5 minutes to Atrium Health, 7 minutes to Novant Health Presbyterian, 5-minute jaunt to Uptown Charlotte. 6 minutes to Plaza Midwood, 11 minutes to the vibrant NoDa. 19-minute ride from CLT Airport.

The property is in a quiet area. Zero issues with neighbors or noise. The property itself I would call average condition. I expect a little more in the kitchen department when renting a place like this. The unit did not have one bowl. Not a cereal bowl, mixing bowl, or any other type of bowl and I cook so that's important. Overall, I would stay here again but would just be more prepared.

Location

This was a GREAT place for my friend and I to stay. We could walk to the Ovens Auditorium and back (after consuming alcohol) The amount of money we saved by not going out to dinner (we brought dinner with us) and uber paid for this place. The accommodations were clean and cute. I highly recommend this place.

I was in town for a concert at Ovens Auditorium and this condo was in a perfect location - a short 5 minute walk to Ovens. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and made sure everything went smooth with my check in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 2 bed.

Unit has everything your looking for. Both bedrooms are upstairs, master has smart tv, family room does as well. Parking is close to the unit and hosted is very quick to communicate back.
