Very comfy and close to everything

Very nice and comfy , bed was a great size. Lots of Utensils in the house. Very close to everything in the city. Parking was very convenient too.

Nice unit close to Uptown Charlotte entertainment

Despite the rain it was an enjoyable stay within walking distance to all the entertainment uptown Charlotte has to offer. Property manager did an excellent job with communication before our stay

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for me and my wife. We needed a quick getaway to rest and enjoy some down time and this property provided everything we needed from the accomodations in house to the surrounding areas offering options for food and entertainment. Will rent again next time I'm in Charlotte.

Moody blues seriously moody

Had a great time! Place was perfect, we needed something simple but more private than a hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was amazing!!! Not for kids or low mobility, lots of stairs and hard to see when there’s no natural light. Perfect location, minutes from tons to do and to eat. Only thing I could criticize is we needed more than the 2 washcloths provided but able to run laundry so that helped.

Great place!

Having stayed in a number of properties in Fourth Ward, this one is one of the best in the area. If you arent good with stairs, this is not the one for you. But otherwise it is super great!

We only had one issue and that is with the sink in the main bedroom bathroom. Made it difficult to shave or brush teeth without overflowing. Otherwise very nice

I went at night time the around the unit felt unsecured also inside of the unit was really dark I turned the switch switche light and it didn’t not work had to turn the cell phone flashlight 🔦 to get to the near lap and still dark uffff I don’t want to said this but even felt creepy like to much heavy bad energy 😔we end up living stay for less then 5 minutes and rent in some places else.
