Very disappointed in our stay. The hotel was under major construction & the lobby was completely torn up, water & cement on the floors, cardboard to walk on, drywall dust everywhere. Incredibly noisy due to the workers. They had one working elevator & the wait was very long as the workers were using it to go up to other floors they were working on. We booked this hotel as the photos showed a nice bar & outside patio with fire pits. Patio was empty & bar was closed due to construction. We feel we should have been notified so we could have made other arrangements. On a positive note our room was very nice & had a very comfortable bed. Room was very clean but scored low due to the other areas in the building. The lobby honestly was not safe to walk thru with all of the workers, water on floor, & their equipment everywhere.

Will not stay there ever again. This was my second stay at this hotel since 09/2024. Hotel should have been closed while lobby and other renovations were completed as the room did not feel ready for guests. It was clear that the room had been renovated, however several issues occurred: 1- hotel charged my bank card, but then told me the charge failed on their end. Had to use a different card. This charge still remains on my card after almost 24 hours and I must call my bank to fix the issue. Had time allowed, I would have cancelled my booking and left then to stay across the street at the Hilton. Hotel staff were not helpful in trying to figure out the issue. The charge should not have “failed” as they said it did, as the funds to pay for the room were there. 2- Booked room for two adults and one child. There was one wash cloth in the bathroom and no trash can in the bathroom. No shelves inside the shower for soaps, etc. Asked desk clerk for 3 more wash cloths so we would have one extra. We were given only 2 additional wash cloths. 3- No coffee maker in room or lobby due to renovations. We checked out much earlier than we otherwise would have because we couldn’t get any coffee there. 4- No apologies or statements from hotel staff upon arrival about the construction and no mention of the coffee situation. During our first stay in September 2024, hotel staff were very nice and explained the construction. This was not our experience this time. Stay at the Hilton instead!

They are remodeling wasnt told this when we booked so restaurant was also closed. The first hour are more after we checked in their wasnt any running water throughout hotel. Had to call for fresh towles ans was clothes because when they cleaned room did not leave enough this happned twice

The hotel was under renovation. We had to enter through a service door. The water kept getting turned off. The room was mew and very nice but we had to change rooms when the toilet didn't work. Staff was friendly and apologized for the construction. It would have been nice to know before i booked.

This property is undergoing major renovations. I have no complaints about the staff, they were very friendly. However there was a makeshift entrance and reception area but the worse part was going to the elevators. You had to go through a work area littered With debris that felt very unsafe. Our room had been remodeled nicely. Parking lot was also closed off in part due To Construction

Remodeling was occurring while our vist and prior to booking it didn’t mention they were remodeling. I think future reference should let customers know if they have ongoing remodeling and only certain accommodations are available.

Bee positive.

I was unaware of the renovations that were in progress when I booked this hotel. Despite the initial shock when we drove up to see the exterior of the building and concurrently the lobby, the renovations that are happening and have happened in the upper floors are beautiful. The attention to detail in the thoughtful design of the rooms is really magnificent.
The whimsy is so refreshing.
