★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $1000 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. ★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may choose to perform this cleaning themselves, ensuring all areas of the property are properly maintained, or they may hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.
Guests have access to the entire property including detached garage which houses game room with big screen TV.

Pool can be heated in colder months for an extra charge. A pool/spa remote is required to control the settings and will incur a $900 charge if lost.
For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has Ring cameras that monitor the front and rear exterior of the property. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 19 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
