This is a false review in an attempt to sabotage my listing. This guest was upset because he kept changing his mind on his dates that he wanted to stay. A few days before his expected arrival date this guest asked me to change his dates by 2 weeks. I made the accommodation because I understand how travel times can change. Once the guest was in the house he wanted to change the dates two more times. I offered the guest to accommodate him by giving him a refund as cash for the dates he wasn't going to stay. I explained VRBO doesn't allow me to refund once the guest has checked in. This didn't satisfy the guest which I was very surprised by. I was very responsive to this guest and always responded within minutes of his messages(Which I always do for every single guest). This is the first home this guest has visited on VRBO and just had a hard time understanding VRBO policies which are out of my control. I have my home professionally cleaned and have never had any complaints about the cleaning crew. The guests claims I don't have everyday kitchen items which is completely false. My kitchen has every single item he claims I do not have. The seats in the living room are real leather seats(The sofa and the loveseat) and they are not at all falling apart. The photos on this listing are very recent. I have added barstools and backyard seating since this guests checkout. The guest had to move a piece of furniture to get to 1 inactive electrical outlet that was a little loose which my painters must have left loose. I have tightened it up since this guests checkout. It's important to me that all of my guests enjoy there stay, but certain VRBO policies are really out of my control and it's unfortunate this guest used this as a reason to make up a lot of untrue statements about my home. Any past guest or future guest will be able to confirm this guests review is extremely untrue. Jason
