Great reasonable stay if you are a morning person

I stayed here for a full month while on business and the place was very clean and reasonably priced. The only thing you should know is the person living above gets up at 5:00 every morning and walks around for 2 hours before leaving for work at 7am. If you are a morning person, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is wonderfully upgraded, and the neighborhood was in a good location. Also, beware of the dryer, it ate holes in 3 of my t-shirts. I learned to use the washer and air dry my clothes.

Race day weekend

Condo decorated beautifully and was clean. Great location to get to Charlotte Motor Speedway easily and also get meal deliveries on days we were too tired to leave. The front door is small for the frame so the gap let's in sounds and sometimes it sounded like people were walking into the condo when they were just walking by. No issues with parking however the building numbers are covered by trees so we parked by the wrong one first and had to walk around to confirm we were at the right one.

Good choice

Nice place to stay. Quite nice neighborhood. Got there much later than expected and door code did not work made the call high volume of calls so left message but sent a text to the number and they responded in a timely manner. Code changes after it’s not used within 2 hours of check in time is what we were told. If you have a big pickup truck parking is small!
