Rebook after cancellation

This property was substituted after our original booking was cancelled, even after being completely paid for and confirmed . The property itself was clean and as listed but the neighborhood was not conducive to any kind of outdoor activity, or even feeling safe inside. I am very disappointed in the way this whole trip was handled.
