Great apartment

Host was fabulous, let us check in early due to rainy weather, and was very responsive to our inquiries. Property was fabulous, very modern and clean. Luxurious stay!

Awesome Stay!

Chris was a fantastic host who was accommodating and responsive every time I reached out. The apartment was pristine! The amenities are amazing, beds are comfortable, and it is definitely conveniently located (walking distance) to restaurants, nightlife, Harris Teeter, CVS, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly book again!

Girls Weekend

Check-in process was so complicated and hard to follow. There was no extra bedding, towels, soap, and they don’t provide and body wash or basic additional items. Beware of additional charges!! They claim it comes with parking but charge 200 per additional car and claim to be pet friendly at a 250 PER ANIMAL FEE. The area was great but I wouldn’t recommend staying do to the management.

When reading others’ reviews, I want to know if they would rent again. The answer is yes. -great location, walkable to food, both stadiums, pharmacy. - pools, workout room, and golf simulator Just note: -next to train track and they mostly quietly running all day and through the night. -bare minimum of kitchen wares. We used paper instead of washing all the time. -bring beach towels Place was clean but worn.

Kenny Chesney Girls Trip

The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much furniture to sear all guests in living room. Otherwise property had amazing amenities and location was perfect for concert and walkable bars and restaurants.
