This fully renovated lakefront home on Lake Norman is the perfect spot for you to bring your family and friends to experience the beauty and adventure of the lake while having all of the comforts and conveniences of a fully stocked home. In fact, you’ll be getting 2 fully stocked homes in one! It's one house when you want the space or two houses when you want the privacy. All you have to do is open or close the door separating the spaces.

Each level features 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen and twin XL bed. The bedrooms all feature high end mattresses, soft linens and cozy comforters.

Each level also has its own full bathroom with stall showers and all of the fluffy towels you need; a fully stocked kitchen including all of the baking, prepping, cooking, serving pieces you could want; a dining area to sit and enjoy a meal or play a quick game of checkers; a family room with a gas fireplace; and a large enclosed porch offering the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular lake view while having a meal or relaxing. With two levels, this home is perfect for groups or families who want to maintain their privacy. You’ll always be just an easy interior set of stairs apart.

This lakefront home not only offers stunning views and comfortable living spaces, but also has a fully equipped game room for entertainment. The detached garage has been converted into a gameroom with an array of games including ping pong, air hockey, pop a shot and Pacman and Ridge Racer arcade games. Enjoy a friendly competition with your family and friends or simply relax and watch TV. The game room is the perfect spot for indoor entertainment when you need a break from the outdoors.

Double Play also offers guests the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The private dock allows for easy access to the lake for swimming, fishing, and boating. Bring your own boat or rent one and head out on the lake from your own backyard.

Guests can explore the lake using the provided kayaks and stand up paddleboards, with life vests also provided for safety. The large lawn is perfect for outdoor games and picnics, and the lounge area provides the perfect setting to sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful lake views and watching your family play on the life-size Chess board. * Rental Agreement MUST be completed and signed within 36 hours of booking.
* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules below).
* Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Double Play is 10 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Double Play is 15 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
* All of our homes feature private docks. Please check with us to confirm depth at specific homes as lake levels change seasonally.
