This 2 Bedroom, Full Bath condo, sits right behind Bank of America stadium and BB&T baseball park, has a very private home community feel.

The property also is adjacent to a community park area which includes a soccer field basketball court and dog park. Property parking for the guest will reside in the back of the building at Fraizer Park

Attention: Losing the entry key fob will access a charge of $200.

ACC championship weekend

We had a very positive experience staying at this condo. It was conviently located near the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. We found it very easy to communicate with Irv. Parking in the neighborhood can be tricky but Irv allowed us to arrive early so we were lucky to secure parking on the side street. We look forward to booking this property again.

Great Location

Perfect spot! Walking distance to stadium and uptown. Very quiet even on game day. Irv was quick to answer any questions upon arrival. We will be returning for another visit.
