Charming 3-bedroom house w/ King bed in Pendleton with WiFi and AC

Single story home, open concept, w/ split bedroom floor plan. This home is equipped with everything you need, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee bar with starter coffees and fixings, a snack basket, essential toiletries, linens, and washer/dryer!

The kitchen comes with coffeemaker (drip and Keurig), dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filtered water faucet, and bar seating. The dining area is close by and seats 8. Enjoy the water views while seated here and/or catch a glimpse of a beautiful sunset during dinner.

The living room has reclining couches to prop your feet up and relax or watch the 65” flat screen smart TV. There’s an electric fireplace for those chillier evenings as well as black out curtains to set the ambiance for the TV watching experience.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 65” Smart TV. All other bedrooms have queen beds and also have smart TV's mounted on the wall - the front bedroom has a twin trundle, and a rollaway twin bed is stored in the extra-large master closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating available if needed.

Step outside onto the private patio with barbeque grill, fire table and fenced in backyard. This area gives a great view of beautiful sunsets. Just outside the gate is the path that will take you the short distance around the lake to the community pool/playground. This paved pathway runs through the entire housing addition and is great for biking, jogging or an evening stroll.
We do have a 2 car garage. We do not provide a remote.

We allow 2 well behaved pets (dogs and cats only) - must be hypoallergenic (no shedding) and weigh less than 20 lbs each. Pet fee is $100. Please clean up after your pet. We will charge an extra $40 to clean up pet poo and $50 extra to clean up pet hair. Please crate your animals if they are left alone.
