"I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stays at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. All of the staff we encountered in the hotel and the executive lounge were very helpful and courteous. Thank you!"

"The room was really small, but that's Hong Kong, and we could not blame anyone XD The view was perfect for enjoying the fireworks. Although it was a bit blocked by the HKCEC, but it indeed formed an unique frame and we really had a wonderful night."

"I recently stayed at Conrad Hong Kong for 10 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The service was generally excellent, and I particularly appreciated the housekeeping service. My belongings were always arranged very neatly, and the room was kept exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. There were only two minor things that I felt could be improved. First, the Wi-Fi signal was not available in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient. Second, the shampoo provided by the hotel had a gel-like consistency. As someone with long hair, I found that it left my hair feeling a little sticky and was not particularly suitable for my hair type. I eventually purchased my own shampoo instead. Apart from these two points, I was satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent, and the overall service was very good."
