「Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure」

「We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.」

「The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.」

「Unfortunately, when I first arrived into my room, there were half filled drinks sitting in my room. There were two soaking wet towels thrown on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk to let them know about the issues and they sent someone up to take a look at it. After they took a look at it, and sent House Cleaner up to the room who wanted to know what I needed. So much for communication. The room itself had stained carpets. parking was great, I was lucky enough to have a room that was...
