「Wij boeken met enige regelmaat een Novotel omdat deze gewoon altijd goed zijn, en een prima ontbijt hebben.
Dit was het eerste novotel dat ons wat tegen viel.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels, en het bed was goed. Ook is de kamer voldoende groot om met een gezin van 4 te verblijven. De kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank, en ook die was prima.
Echter de kamer was niet heel erg schoon, er lagen nog stof en viezigheidjes op de vloer. De temperatuur kun je niet zelf...

The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.」
「Don’t expect to be able to get any food if you haven’t pre booked it. We travelled from the uk and after a long journey wanted some food and a glass of fizz. Only to be told that wasn’t possible. But a local bar shut in one hour so we needed to be quick. For a place that cost over 330 pounds a night I’d expect a little bit more service. The grounds and the place are beautiful but being able to get basic food and drink has always been staple in France so was very disappointing we couldn’t get...
