“Au vu du prix, une arnaque. Pas de réception Fenêtre qui donne dans la salle de bain sans rideaux ni volets ! Fuite dans la salle de bain depuis la chambre du dessus Des tuiles de la salle de bain qui sont mal collées Plus de gel douche dans les distributeurs La chambre n'est pas refaite tout les jours !!! ”

“This is a little gem of a hotel. Ok language was challenging, no English and I had forgotten most of my French.. but they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. Menu, though limited was tasty. If you want an authentic French experience rather than an impersonal international, this is a good choice, Would definitely stay there again.”

“La jeune femme à l'accueil à 17h30 ce mercredi 18 mars était vraiment agréable souriante 👍. La chambre (107) n'avait visiblement pas vu un aspirateur depuis un long moment. Il t'avait également des fourmis. Heureusement la literie était excellente. ”

“I only wish we had stayed here two nights instead of one. It is a beautiful, small hotel. We had plenty of space in our room and the bathroom was very spacious. It is close to the airport and the Air and Space Museum, as well as bus stops. It would be a nice place to stay after arriving at the airport and then taking the bus, or Uber to Paris attractions. It was much more comfortable and homey than where we stayed in Paris proper. The ladies working there were very helpful, and the breakfast……

“Two things I want the hotel to improve 1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was……

“Absolute terrible customer service. Made last minute booking advertised as Paris airport hotel but to be a smaller one just outside of CDG. Within minutes of checking the address that’s when I realized it’s the wrong airport. Contacted them immediately and they refused to cancel or refund my money.”
