"We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay."

"Very environmentally friendly lodging, in an extremely walkable part of St. Emelion. Nath's (owner) mother owns the restaurant across the street. She has some recommended bottles of wine in the room with prices very clearly labeled. It was great to have AC, and a mini fridge. Would highly recommend!"

"My wife and I stayed overnight whilst travelling South. What a fantastic location exceeded only by the welcome. The food (evening meal and breakfast) was something really special. If looking for somewhere special in the Dourdogne look no further. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"Fantastic long weekend in Saint Emilion! Our host Michel was wonderful, super helpful and friendly throughout our stay at 537. Very communicative offering lots of advice on the local area and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We were celebrating our anniversary and he could not have done more for us to make it feel special. The room was perfect. Spacious, modern and amazing bath! Staying there is like at home, as you got that kind of family touch … room is spacious and clean , views throughout the vineyards are stunning! Learned that owner’s vineyards haven been rented to Saint Angelus, one of our favorite wines, and that backyards has indeed enhanced our feeling. "
