“The house itself was beautiful, and the location on the lake was picturesque. There were undoubtedly several aspects that needed improvement before I could recommend this rental to anyone else. First of all, an error in the provided directions to the property caused us to travel about two hours in the wrong direction before we realized the mistake. A few key things were missing that would have improved our stay, including pillowcases on one of the beds, a coffee maker, baking trays, wine opener,……

“We had a wonderful experience at Susan and Greg’s cabin on Upper Chateaugay Lake. The sunsets were as good as advertised, and the mountain and lake themed decor was absolutely conducive to a soothing, rustic experience. The unit was very well furnished from pots and pans, to comfortable bedding, to personal watercraft, an inviting fire pit, genuine Adirondack chairs, to an inviting lawn swing overlooking the lake.
