Ideally located between Avignon and l'Isle sur la Sorgue with all amenities less than 2 km away, it is an ideal pied-à-terre for your cultural discoveries, Avignon Festival, Vasarely museum in Gordes, sound and light shows at the Beaux de Provence, antique market of l'Isle sur la Sorgue.

Nature lovers will not be left out with the Colorado Provençal, the walks in the Alpilles, the Camargue or the Mont Ventoux, the roof of Provence.

You can also let yourself be tempted by the discovery of our regional wines Chateauneuf du Pape, Vacqueyras, Cairanne or Tavel, without forgetting the Côtes du Rhône village of Châteauneuf de Gadagne

For those who prefer to relax, a 12.5mx5m swimming pool is at your disposal as well as a shaded terrace, near a pleasure pool, lulled by the song of cicadas.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is at your disposal, by the pool, as well as a barbecue and a pizza oven.

And at nightfall, you have the ground floor of the house with 3 double bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, and two with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 Wc, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, 1 dining room and a veranda.
