Apartment for 4 pp - top floor, modern, close to center and ski lifts

This flat offers optimum comfort and a pretty terrace. It has a ski locker and lovely views over the valley.

Well-equipped, it can comfortably accommodate six people, thanks to its two double bedrooms, its mountain corner with sofa bed, and its surface area of 65 m².

The bright living room, with a partial sloping ceiling, opens onto the kitchen and dining area, making for a convivial setting. The flat has a terrace with views over the valley and plenty of natural light thanks to its many windows.

Quietly located in the Béchigne district, "Les 4 éléments" residence, completed in 2016, is just a 15-minute walk from the village centre with its shops, restaurants and activities.

The free shuttle bus stop, just 100 metres from the entrance to the residence, provides easy access to the resort's various ski lifts.

This peaceful, quiet place, day and night, has the charm of Savoyard chalets and all the comforts of modern buildings.

Overall a nice apartment

The apartment itself is very nice and quite spacious, although only having the one sofa meant someone sitting on a kitchen chair after a long day on the slopes! It did not have a microwave or DVD player, but this was not a problem. Details of the property should state though that large cars that also have a roof box will not fit in the covered car park. As such this lead to us having to wait over an hour and make countless phone calls to the management firm asking them to find us alternative parking. Parking around the area is incredible tight as it is! It was about a 10-15 minute walk into Chatel but the bus stop is not far.

PRESQUE PARFAIT

Superbe appartement moderne idéalement situé à 100 mètres de la navette de bus... Les prestations offertes sont de bon niveau. Seuls bémols involontaires : (pas de la responsabilité du proprio) 1) pas d'accès au garage (car télécommande emportée par le locataire précédent) 2) voisins directs bruyants (A23) : une bande de 6 jeunes alcoolisés avec sono à fond de balle et concours de chant ( LE LAC DU CONNEMARA... LA MACARENA,...) à partir de minuit -> 3h30 parfois ... et cela jusque mercredi... Il a fallu une bonne discussion en face à face avec un des jeunes pour mettre fin au BAZAR ...Pas de chance pour nous.. car les autres locataires étaient tous silencieux et soucieux du voisinage !!

New apartment with exceptionel mountain view!

This apartment is brand new and provided with everything you need. The bedrooms have a very comfortable bed and besides that an amazing view. The bathroom was very clean and has a bath in it (very relaxing for after skiing ;)! ). It is very easy to walk from here to the city or you can take a bus nearby. This bus also brings you to the ski area. Enjoy your holiday!
