Christmas Getaway

Jennings 2024 Chatham Stay

The property is terrific - this was the second time we have rented it. The location is great, and the house was well furnished and appointed. Our family had a terrific time.

Amazing Propery

We loved this house! It was the perfect location and fit for our family! We have been visiting the cape for YEARS and this is our favorite house to date. The only negative is that it was incredibly hot/stuffy upstairs. I would absolutely stay in this house again, but I’d need to bring fans.

Amazing home away from home!

Our family visited Cape Cod and stayed in Chatham because of a wedding. The house was just beautiful, clean, modern, and updated. It had enough room for everyone and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of Oyster Pond from the second floor was just gorgeous. The house was in close proximity to restaurants, markets, lighthouses, beaches, and the wedding venue, Chatham Bars Inn. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent there again the next time we visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Oyster Pond House

The property was beautiful, updated and very spacious! The location was terrific with an amazing view of Oyster Pond and just a short walk to Downtown. The management company was great - we had a minor issue when we first arrived and they sent someone right away!!! I would definitely recommend the property and return again.

Location and House were perfect. Construction was a negative.

The location and house were perfect. Unfortunately multiple construction projects on the lane made full appreciate of Decked Out impossible. This along with construction of the private dock to Oyster Pond was frustrating as these were two key amenities for us choosing the house.

Family together

We were finally able to get together with family after 3 years! The house was perfect for our needs. The upstairs allowed for one of the families to have their own space. The decks were perfect for eating and relaxing. The house had everything we need and the location was perfect! We had the best weather for the whole week.
