This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Chatham Rental will surely delight you in every way. Just a short walk to the warm waters and gentle waves of Ridgevale beach – this home is perfectly nestled at the end of Soundview Avenue where the sights and sounds of the many birds will delight you. Watch from the spacious deck to see the heron, egrets and ducks coming and going through the inlet. The deck has easy access from the kitchen offering a gas barbecue grill – plenty of outdoor seating and 2 Umbrellas for shade.

The home has central air and ceiling fans throughout and WIFI to keep you connected. There is a living room with Flat Screen TV, Open kitchen, dining and wet bar, along with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and even offers both a Keurig coffee pot and a regular coffee pot. Take the stairway to the upper level and you will find the master suite with King Size bed and its own screened in balcony , along with the master bath offering Jacuzzi and shower! On the same level is a spacious seating area , desk , and game table! Fun and entertainment await you on the lower level where you will find a Queen sleeper sofa, ping pong table, game table and plasma TV!

Just out the door is the Outdoor shower that is enclosed and offers hot and cold water and another patio and picnic table to enjoy your favorite afternoon snacks. Not to be missed is the upper patio with fire pit , surrounded by the amazing gardens. This well equipped home offers quality, privacy, and a true Sense of “getting away from it all”.
