Welcome to Crescent Cottage!! This adorable home boasts charming character throughout and is decorated with a stylish modern farmhouse flare. It is located right around the corner from the Crabtree Farms wedding venue in Southside Chattanooga! A 7 minute drive brings you to Downtown where you have attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Zoo, the Walnut Street Walking Bridge and more!

Our Favorite Things:
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 people. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses and the living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. Enjoy a large tiled walk-in shower in the master bedroom or relax in the jacuzzi tub for a evening! You can gather around the kitchen and dinning area for meals or a game night. The kitchen is full stocked with plate-ware, cookware, glassware, and silverware for your stay. We have a Keriug and provide a medium roast or a dark roast for coffee!

Crescent cottage is only minutes from Chattanooga and 7 minutes away from some of Chattanooga's best restaurants! Attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline railway are all between a 12 and 15 minute drive.

Things to Know!
1. Location - Please know that this home is located in Southside Chattanooga which, like most of Downtown and surrounding Chattanooga areas, is in the revitalization phase. Neighborhoods and homes surrounding this one are being rebuilt as the area is expanding with growth from the city. This home is located in a quiet urban community with friendly neighbors and it is conveniently located near most of the city's best attractions and restaurants!
2. There used to be a rooftop balcony above the home, but this is no longer a functional space on this property. Please do not climb on the metal circular stairway behind the house!

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
