Our family had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful with many nice touches to make it feel like home; it was well decorated and immaculate! Communication with the manager could not have been better; she promptly replied to all my messages. Everything was perfect! We loved the outside porch! I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Honestly, I think this is what other rentals properties wish they could be. Everything in the house is so clean and meticulously staged. Definitely makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive, and so many nice touches.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home looked as good as the pictures we saw online and offered all the amenities you could ask for or need. The location was very quiet with minimal street traffic. The rear covered porch was an absolute winner. Our host was both pleasant and responsive. If you’re looking for a family friendly (there were six of us including a 1 year old and a nearly 3 year old), beautifully decorated, well equipped home conveniently located for Chattanooga’s many attractions, this is it.

This house was perfect for our family of four. Wonderful location and extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the first week of college football games on the back porch TV and had a short drive to the marina for a day on the lake. Would definitely return!

This property was the nicest I've stayed in any vacation rental. A lot of attention to detail with the way it was setup for out arrival. Incredibly clean house and beautiful decor. Its obvious the host cares about your experience. Location to downtown was ideal, especially with the rental bikes. Host was very quick to respond. All positives, and would highly recommend!

Loved the house! Very nicely decorated… even had a Christmas Tree which we loved. Comfy beds, roomy kitchen/living room area. Great outdoor space… we used the heater, fireplace and TV outside. Large garage was great to park our extra vehicle. Great location. Host was very prompt with all communication. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful house. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Great location. So many thoughtful touches. Yummy breakfast breads from a local bakery. A bottle of water by the bedside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beth is a great host. She provided a great informational booklet on the house and the area that was so helpful. We truly had a fabulous time. We hope to return.

Exactly how it was described. There were 4 of us and one more comfortable chair in the living would've been better. Everything else was stellar. I can’t say enough about this wonderful home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I took advantage of the huge bath tub. The owner had everything you needed from toiletries, waters by the bed, and treats from a local bakery. The house is a short walk to the Walnut pedestrian bridge, shops, and restaurants. My friends also surprised me by contacting the host and she worked with them and had birthday decorations and a cake waiting on me when we showed up. She went above and beyond and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best 40th birthday vacation I could have dreamed of!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. The city was a great mix for our family, not too far from the mountains for a day trip and the zoo, aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Pinball museum were all within 20min or less from the property. We could easily walk to local restaurants and Door Dash was super fast and easy. The home was very clean, had a thoughtful basket of goodies and baked goods. K cups/ sugar/ half and half were provided. The floors were a little creaky but that’s to be expected in the off grade homes. The area was safe. The detached garage was open and we were able to park in it which was great for cold mornings. The outdoor space was adorable. The back room worked well for our one year old. It had one window which we covered with a dark fitted sheet (hung easily on the wood framing around the windows) and had a little chair I could feed her in before bed. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again should we visit Chattanooga again. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in alot of VRBOs and this was by far the most well stocked and hospitable stay. From the fresh bakery bread, kitchen snacks, kitchen cookware and serving ware, bedding, bathroom supplies and extra household supplies. Having it all on one level was ideal for us. It accompanied 5 easily and we enjoyed the front porch rockers wtih coffee in the morning and the back porch for community gathering and relaxed fun. The porch ice maker served our group well. It was absolutely so thoughtfully prepared. In addition, the host was more than accommodating when we needed to reschedule at last minute recently. I would give this a 10 star if possible.

We went to Chattanooga for a family vacay and 40th birthday celebration. This cozy home was perfect! The location was ideal. The kids had a great time playing with the toys they found in the house. Beautiful home in the perfect location for all the adventures while visiting Chattanooga. Super clean, appealing decor, comfy beds and everything you could possibly need was available. I must say that this was a really comfortable stay for me and my family. The interior photos well represented the property. It's walkable to the pedestrian bridge and other shops and eateries nearby. My only small complaint was that the yard needed a mow when we arrived (as it's apparently only cut every two weeks). But, overall a very pleasant stay with very accommodating host. I'd definitely recommend and definitely stay there again.
