“很好”

“The hotel is very nice actually the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The bar and dinning very nice and good drinks and food. The room was also nice however we did have a roach friend to greet is in the bathroom and the ac was not working luckily the ac was repaired quickly. We asked for a tour of room 311 cool little history and story attached to the room. Overall it was ok.”

“Truly enjoyed the experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.”

“Everything was excellent, the only issue was pay for parking lot.”

“Room reasonable and convenient. However, I found evening staff unfriendly and uncommunicative.”

“ok”

“The staff knows hospitality and goes above expectations.”

“Very nice property at a reasonable price close enough to downtown and Hamilton place to be a short drive (except at rush hours) and pay less for the hotel and nothing for parking. Highly recommended.”

“无法預定酒店，投訴無門，希望尽快解決問題”

“Very nice hotel gorgeous lobby and reception area. Rooms were very nice and the beds were so comfortable I feel right asleep lol.. The breakfast was fantastic and great service from all the staff we encountered. The only issue we had was it listed as being on Broad street, but the actual entrance is on 13th which is on the side of the hotel. We eventually found our way in but that would be more helpful to know next time. Should I be staying in Chattanooga this hotel would be my first choice.……

“Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück einfach, ausreichend Parkplätze, sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.”

“Great stay with convenient location to I75”
