“网站显示酒店3星半，比吉大港半岛酒店星级还高。但是实际上到了酒店一看，的确令人汗颜。酒店就在市场附近，交通、环境都比较差。而且酒店内部环境根本就达不到星级条件。相当于国内没有星级的普通宾馆。”

“The rooms are very spacious which is the best aspect of the hotel. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty and the shower and walls needed a scrubbing. The rugs in the room were filthy. The balcony floor was so dirty I tracked black footprints into the room after walking on it. ”

“Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office.……

“Please never ever book this resort by online I have so much problem there They said they don't have any evidence that i paid for . I showed my email confirmation but they said they did not receive from there middle media. They don't know who is Expedia also”
