「Week end hivernal très reposant le long du canal et au milieu des champs inondés par la Meuse. Endroit très calme. Promenade en forêt et sur le chemin de halage avec une petite visite sur Verdun. La télé et le Wifi ne sont pas au meilleur de leurs formes mais nous n'étions pas là pour ça. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous sommes repartis très reposés. Lieu à recommander pour se ressourcer. 」

「Annie ist eine herzliche und gute Gastbeberin.」

「Het is een prachtige woning op het Franse platteland. Bij warm weer is het binnen lekker koel. Het staat in een heel klein gehuchtje, waar verder geen voorzieningen zijn. Dat is het enige nadeel, wel heerlijk rustig. Ook voor stadjes en musea en dergelijke moet je wel een eindje rijden. De eigenaresse is heel aardig en spreekt naast Frans ook goed Engels.」

「Our hosts greeted us very nicely and were responsive to our messages about our arrival time and our request for information about the municipal water issue that occurred on one of the days we were there. The house is much nicer in actuality than what you see in the photos, and so is the garden. It is an old stone house with thick walls, so it was colder in the first floor of the house than outside (upstairs is cozier). The area is very interesting, we enjoyed it. 「Wir waren für vier Tage mit zwei Personen in diesem Zimmer mit Küchenecke und Dusche/WC. Das Zimmer und die Außenanlage befinden sich noch im Aufbau. Die Inneneinrichtung der Unterkunft ist dementsprechend neu und ausreichend. Die Dusche/WC und eine Abstellkammer mit Kleiderschrank und Waschmaschine waren vom Wohnbereich durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Vermutlich wird die Tür in nächster Zeit eingebaut. Uns hat es letztendlich nicht gestört. Schön wäre es, wenn man die Glaseingangstüre abends...

「Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Ghislaine war sehr nett. Für Fahrradtouren ein guter Startpunkt. 」
