“Very comfortable B&B apartment with sweet Christmas decoration. Have washing machine and drying machine, good for long time journey. Beds are comfortable. 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Within 10 mins walk to Roman Bath and City Centre. Carpark lot provided free of charge, just around the corner. Apartment locates on the second floor, have to climb up some stairs, but it's ok. “Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room……

“A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish.
The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). ”
