「The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!」

「The apartment had many issues. Electric went off. Found out it had a meter you had to buy credit for. One towel that was dirty. No pots pans utensils, plates cups or silverware.lots of dirt underneath the furniture. Has not been cleaned in forever. The photo shown was not of the place I rented. Was supposed to have internet. 「J’s Cozy Studio, located in a gated community with beautiful homes and green spaces is perfect for the vacationer seeking serenity, comfort and security. All amenities are as advertised. Host Nicola provided a master class in hosting. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Imagine a welcome platter of snacks after traveling 5 plus hours.
