I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like this you should have on your website. Not the people who will not reply to calls or messages. And also the owner of this property had sent me a message on Saturday the 6th August saying the room I had booked and paid for was not available and offered a very small room. As I didn't have anything else booked I accepted. I was after driving 400km on a motorcycle to get to this property, and she expected me to wait around 4.5 hours to book in. Outrageous. I demand a refund
