Great Trip

This vacation rental served as a prime home base for all of the activities around chelan. Quick access to downtown and simple drives to Manson or to slide waters. 10/10 would rent in this complex again.

Great Getaway!!

The view of the mountains and the lake was wonderful! We even had a peek of the sunrise and sunset! The condo was clean and well stocked - will come again!

The non stay

20 miles from Chelan we turned back because the air quality was pegged in the hazardous zone (AQI of 526) due to wildfires. We turned around and drove back to Seattle.

Will never stay in a Vacasa property again

The condo was very dirty (human hair and dust on the dressers, crumbs and garbage under the couch, floors were filthy). Every single towel was still damp. There were ants. The Wi-Fi did not work at any time during our stay. The worst part though, was the complete lack of customer service. We reached out to the property manager at check in (when we noticed the grime, towels, and that the WiFi didn't work), and we were told someone would come out to fix the problems. No one showed. Then we got another text asking how our stay was going? We repeated the problems with the condo and were ensured someone would follow up. Nothing. Upon returning home, I emailed both VRBO and Vacasa with my feedback, asking for a refund, a credit, or an apology, and despite three follow ups, they just keep telling me that they are "following up with the local operations manager." It's been a month. These people are crooks. The listing as not as promised. I will take my business elsewhere next time.
