Great Stay

Great location and beautiful views

We did a list minute family trip and got to enjoy the beach and all the Chelan has to offer. There is a great winery that is very family friendly (even has kids menu) - Sigillo Cellars - pretty much walking distance down the street. Cozy bed. Indoor pool with big sliding doors to allow for cross breeze on a warm day. Even BBQ's. We were able to hang all weekend with only going out for meals twice.

Had to rewash dishes and guest bedroom sheets to use them, which meant my son slept on the sleeper sofa the first night. No coffee filters or facial tissue. Sticky grease spills on balcony floor.

Chelan Stay

We were told that the washing machine was broken before we arrived, which was OK, but I’m glad I bought enough clothes to last throughout the stay.We didn’t find any trash bags in the kitchen, other than some oversized ones, and the balcony could use some cleanup as it was pretty dusty and a lot of spiderwebs.There were some lightbulbs out in the bathroom and there should’ve been a little bit cleaner in the master bedroom.

Winterfest stay in Chelan

Great location and clean. However NONE of the codes from Vacasa (parking garage, pool, room) worked. Thank goodness the on site property manager was there to help.

Meh..

First,Horrible service from Vacasa. I couldn’t figure the code to get into the garage and it took them a full 24 hours to get back to me. If someone else hadn’t helped me I don’t know what I would have done! Second, this is a very basic condo with the bare necessities. There was supposed to be a Keurig in the unit but it wasn’t there. The kitchen had almost no extras…no sugar, coffee, tea bags, coffee scoop. They gave us one tiny bar of soap for each bathroom. No shower soap. The wash cloths were so threadbare you could see through them. The shower curtain liners were very moldy. Many of these things are easy to fix but make a very bad impression. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this place nor will I use Vacasa again.

Nice view but the e had no control over the ac and would wake up way too hot every morning. They only let you set it at 73…… when it’s 100 degrees outside. Besides that it was a nice place.

Penthouse condo

4th floor condo, pool area is nice I would not recommend if you have children. Elvator is slow and if kids are older there is no clear view to keep an eye out from patio. I would have appreciated with price we paid to not feel limited on toiletries, there was none. Prepare to make trips to store for basic needs, in bathroom, kitchen, laundry. Furniture is older in condo but doable. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Chelan family trip

Check in and check out was extremely easy. The staff was very responsive, but did not follow through with the concerns that were addressed during our stay. The house was definitely a nice location and property for a family, but the condo was not as deep cleaned for babies crawling around. There were a few concerns with the broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms, trouble with the AC, and no working coffee maker. Would be a great vacation for a party of 4 adults! Would have like a deeper clean for the children. Great views of the lake and had all the basic necessities needed for our stay!

Condo was fine. Vacasa and building management was terrible

Condo was fine - clean and nicely appointed but terrible experience at this location. Communication was bad and Vacasa and building management were no help. Garage door to parking was broken, elevator was broken, stairs were locked and no information on how to access the building or the condo. Building was under construction and had to walk through construction zone to get to room. Offered to provide partial refund but have ghosted us for a week. Vacasa is full of empty promises and no response from building manager. Not a good experience.

Made the best of what we got.

I wish I could say everything was great during our stay, but unfortunately Mother Nature’s temperature affected a majority of our trip. It was too cold outside and the condo’s heating system couldn’t keep up. When we arrived our condo was 66 degrees and when we went to bed it was 68. The next day we left the gas fireplace on all day and the condo made it up to 71 but it was still cold in the bedrooms, especially the master with the view window. The thermostat was set at 74 but it never reached that temp. The kitchen water didn’t work the entirety of our stay, neither did the dishwasher. It was a huge inconvenience! Also, you get one parking spot per condo, not per bedroom as it states online, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with friends and commuting from different areas. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, again probably because of the weather. 😩I would like to say we would’ve enjoyed our stay more if we would’ve had working water in the kitchen and heat in the condo. we would’ve enjoyed our stay much more than we did.

Good property but painful logistics

Terrific location with loads of space and nice views, but lots of issues with the access codes and parking. I would not risk this again, even though the local contact seemed earnest.
